These are the services we currently provide:
Keyholding and Rent Collection
Keyholding will give supervised access to trades people and others, as specified by our client. We charge hourly for this service. Our rent collection services are also flexible to accommodate various situations.
Inspection
Thorough check of the property externally and internally, including contents after the Client’s own inventory has been determined. Inspection report sent to client after each visit.
Airing, Cleaning, Laundering, Pool maintenance
Our housekeepers take care of washing, drying, ironing, bed making, airing and light or deep cleaning. Swimming pool maintenance conforms to pool hygiene compliance
House-sitting
Our vetted personnel will house-sit your property and look after all your requirements while you are away.
Management of Building Work Schedules
We oversee building works to ensure builders adhere to contractual pricing and schedules. Note, SteMar will not make any decisions associated with building specifications and regulations
Maintenance and Repairs
We procure and manage qualified trades people to carry out maintenance, repairs and fault-finding, with the focus on quality and value-for-money.
Car rental
We will organise your car rental and negotiate best price by collaborating with reputable partners.
Settling-in services
Shopping for essentials so clients can have a relaxing period post flight.
